Comment faire ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Travailler avec un couteau de cuisine \u00e9mouss\u00e9 est non seulement emb\u00eatant, mais c&rsquo;est aussi dangereux ! Vous devrez notamment exercer plus de force sur un couteau \u00e9mouss\u00e9 et vous risquez qu&rsquo;il glisse et de vous blesser. Il est donc important que les couteaux de cuisine soient toujours bien aiguis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons pu apprendre \u00e0 aiguiser nos couteaux sur une pierre \u00e0 aiguiser selon la m\u00e9thode japonaise traditionnelle (et donc professionnelle) pendant une d\u00e9monstration Kai chez Jacoby \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge. Une exp\u00e9rience que nous partageons volontiers avec vous !<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choix de la pierre<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optez pour une pierre \u00e0 aiguiser d&rsquo;un grain compris entre 300 et 400. Pour la finition, un grain de 1000 suffit. Les pierres \u00e0 aiguiser de deux couleurs proposent aussi deux types de grain. Vous pouvez donc aiguiser d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et polir de l&rsquo;autre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laissez reposer votre nouvelle pierre une nuit dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 vous de jouer\u00a0!<\/span><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9parez une base solide en pla\u00e7ant un essuie de cuisine (l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humide) sous la pierre \u00e0 aiguiser.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant l&rsquo;aiguisage, veillez toujours \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il reste une fine couche d&rsquo;eau sur la surface de la pierre afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter la surchauffe de la lame.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placez un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du couteau sur la pierre, comme pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;illustration ci-dessous.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-31731 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cuizine.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Schermafbeelding-2019-04-11-om-10.45.46.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"556\" height=\"290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cuizine.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Schermafbeelding-2019-04-11-om-10.45.46.png 556w, https:\/\/cuizine.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Schermafbeelding-2019-04-11-om-10.45.46-150x78.png 150w, https:\/\/cuizine.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Schermafbeelding-2019-04-11-om-10.45.46-300x156.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commencez avec la pointe du couteau.
